01. How can I contact you?

02. How does the Online Shop deal with my personal details?

 We guarantee your privacy. We only use the information you provide (your name, address, phone number, credit card number etc) to process your order and to update our administration. This information is not used for any purpose of a commercial or non-commercial nature unrelated to Singer Laren Foundation without your prior permission. Read more on our privacy policy page.

 03. How do you guarantee the security of my credit card payments?

 The page on which you make your purchases uses the e-Commerce solution produced by Ogone NV, the largest player in the world of electronic commerce in Europe and market leader in the field of secure payments. The security of your payments is Ogone’s constant concern. 04. Do the prices in the Online Shop include value added tax?

Yes, all prices on this site include value added tax (BTW) based on the current Dutch rate. The amount of tax charged is stated on the invoice.

05. Do I have to pay for customs duties?

It is possible that you will have to pay customs duties and turnover tax (VAT) if you order goods from outside the EU. This is because these goods will be imported. Although it is a courier company that imports the goods, rather than yourself, you will have to pay the customs duties and taxes owed through this company. Please inform at your local customs up until what order amount no tax will be owed.

06. What means of payment does the Singer Online Shop accept?

We accept the following credit cards at the online shop: Mastercard, Visa. You may also use iDEAL. We do not send items cash on delivery.
Customers without a credit card or internet banking may apply by email for a Pro Forma Invoice.

07. How long will it take for my parcel to arrive?

Provided the goods are in stock your  parcel is delivered within 5 days.

08. My order has not arrived. What should I do? 

The table on our shipping information page shows the maximum delivery times for parcels. The time starts from the moment you receive confirmation that your parcel has been sent. If your order has not arrived by the end of this maximum delivery time please let us know by sending an email to singerlaren@hexspoor.nl or phone =31 411-657181. We will contact you as soon as possible.

09. The Singer Online Shop does not have all the products that I saw in the Singer Museum Shop. Is it possible to order these?

Yes, products may be ordered by submitting a request via our contact page. A Pro Forma Invoice is sent upon receipt of the order. A full description of the product will help our staff assemble the order.

Remember when ordering to include details such as language choice, size and colour. A full address is also required to complete the invoice and delivery. Once payment of the Pro Forma Invoice has been received, the parcel is sent.


10. What is your exchange policy?

If for any reason you are unhappy with any or all of the goods received, you can return any of them to the Singer Online Shop for an exchange or refund.
